Cancellation/ Return/Refund Policy

As per CoCo n ChoCo LLC Policy:

Cancellation:

  • .There will be no refund on paid items of Healthy Bakery, 3D Bakery, Artisan Bakery and Chocolate categories canceled less than 3 days prior to collection or delivery.
  • .For confirmed items of Healthy Bakery, 3D Bakery, Artisan Bakery and Chocolate categories canceled less than 72 hours in advance – 50% charge will apply. CoCo n ChoCo LLC working time is from 9 am to 6 pm so any cancellation sent after 6 pm will be considered as sent on next day.

Complaints

  • Corrections and repairs to items of Healthy Bakery, 3D Bakery, Artisan Bakery and Chocolate categories can be corrected on the same day in most cases. You are required to give CoCo n ChoCo LLC this opportunity and must let us know of the problem within one hour of accepting your cake.
  • Complaints are very rare and so we take them very seriously. Some complaints may require further investigation by CoCo n ChoCo LLC and an immediate refund may not always be possible.

Return:

CoCo n ChoCo LLC is very concerned and vigilant toward its Costumers, therefore Due to Covid 19 situation, No Return is accepted unless approved by CoCo n ChoCo LLC after complaint investigation.

In this case, only, Cakes, or part of cakes and any other items related to Healthy Bakery, 3D Bakery, Artisan Bakery and Chocolate categories , must be returned within the same day to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.

The maximum refund we offer is the value of the sold item. Further compensation is not available.

Refund:

We will refund fully or partially after complaint investigation if:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping – please make sure the product is in proper condition when you receive it. Once the delivery person leaves, no complaints will be accepted.

– Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow up to 45 days for a refund from credit card.

Cancellation &Refund Policy For Events and Catering Packages

Client understands that upon entering this service contract, CoCo n ChoCo LLC is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation and refund limitations will apply.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

If Client requests cancellation of this contract 30 days of more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund. If client requests cancellation 20 days or less before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be refunded. If client requests cancellation 15 days or less before the event, there will be no refund.

Catering Cancellation Policy

This policy is valid for catering packages. An order may be cancelled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the delivery date. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to delivery will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than 3 full business days of the delivery will be charged 100% .
